Billing Policy
Bulk billing is available with a valid Medicare card for children under 16 years old, health care card, pensioner card, and Veteran Affairs card holders. All other patients will be privately billed for consultations.

Accounts must be paid on the day of consultation, otherwise an additional $30.00 admin fee will apply.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of an appointment within 2 hours of the scheduled time or failing to attend an appointment will incur a $50.00 fee.
